Introduction
Fractal Imaging is a handy Android application that can create, manipulate, and explore fractal images. It focuses on the most widely recognized fractal kinds: Lindenmayer System (L-system), Iterated Function System (IFS), Julia set, and Mandelbrot set. The program lets you compute and view various regions in the fractals, zoom in or out to easily explore interesting areas, select different color scheme for the images. The program is available at the Android Market.
Main Features
- Include the most widely recognized fractal kinds: L-system, IFS, Julia set, and Mandelbrot set.
- Full parameter settings for creating and exploring unlimited fractal images.
- Save parameter settings as private samples for future reloading.
- Various image samples for reference and modification.
- Save image into MediaStore, then you can review, edit, or share (email or message) it in your Gallery.
- Various color schemes for the images produced (Julia set and Mandelbrot set).
- Explore and magnify part of the fractal image with unlimited scaling only by clicks or simple settings (Julia set and Mandelbrot set).
